Grant Place is not for profit.  The proposed 5100 square foot, 12 bedroom student rental at 1084 Grant Pl will replace a 900 square foot bungalow.  This development is not meant for Boulder residents.  It is a cash grab by out of town developers taking advantage of our historic neighborhood.  Help us stop greedy out of town developers from setting the precedent that they can destroy our quality of life for money.  A proposed 12 BEDROOM STUDENT RENTAL will ruin our quality of life and create massive safety, parking, noise, and trash problems.  Immediate fire evacuation will be dangerous and congested on one a one way street.  Once this type of development goes in every home in our neighborhood and city will have a target on it's back.  Boulder is for residents- not the highest bidder.
