We are a small group of community focused neighbors and long time residents of Boulder.   We are teachers, retirees, single moms, veterans, etc  and ultimately community members who care about the strength and resilience of our neighborhood and town.   We have built and want to continue to live in a caring and vibrant neighborhood where we know each other's names, our kids walk to school together, we shovel each other's sidewalks and look out for each other.

Our neighborhood is being cherry picked apart for profit and greed with no regard to those of us who have invested years and/or decades of our lives maintaining and stewarding this beautiful place we call home.   Help us save our neighborhood from being overrun with student rentals purposely built to maximize investor profit at our expense.
