1084 Grant Pl is currently a 976 sq/ft 3bdrm/1bath bungalow on a .15 acre lot (6500sq/ft). Grant Pl is a narrow one way street that funnels to College Ave just west of 9th.
The proposed development is set to demolish 1084 Grant, currently ~900sq/ft and replace it with a 5100 sq/ft duplex with 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It is not yet known if parking is included in this initial proposal but the submitted plans indicate that this is to be a rental property.
